Delivery & Returns

General Information

We ship products in two different ways depending on the product type and weight. We ship tiles on pallets and if your order contains tiles it will go on a pallet. If your order contains only adhesives, grouts, tools and accessories, depending on the order volume, it will be shipped as a pallet or as a parcel.

All Stock items will be dispatched within 1 working day or same working day if orders are placed before 12pm. 

Dispatch times for non-stock items can vary tremendously depending on the suppliers' location.If you have placed an order for non-stock items we will contact you with more information to ensure the estimated time frame is acceptable.

Deliveries are generally made between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. We advise the delivery driver to contact 1 hour prior to delivery. Orders that are delivered on a pallet will not be broken down or discharged by the delivering driver. Goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door or any other specified location. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street or a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction- we will deliver to your property as close as possible. For pallet deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take goods into the property. We advise at least 2 able-bodied persons are available to take the items inside. Sample Delivery

All stock samples will be posted within 1 working day via Royal Mail 1st Class and should arrive within 2 days. Dispatch times for non-stock samples can vary tremendously depending on the suppliers' location. If you have placed an order for non-stock items we will contact you with more information to ensure the estimated time frame is acceptable.

Parcel Delivery Information

If you have in your order only adhesives, grouts, tools and accessories, the following shipping rules will apply based on the weight of the order (automatically calculated at checkout).
Standard UK Parcel Delivery takes 3-10 Working Days
0-20kg £9.95
21-40kg £19.95
41-60kg £28.95
61-80kg £39.95
81kg+ £49.95

Leftovers, Returns or Change of Choice

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We are quite happy to take your order back and we'll refund you in full, however, please note the following :

For Tiles:
  • We can only accept returns on your full order. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on leftovers or part orders.
  • All tiles must be undamaged and in their original, unopened packaging. We can't accept returns on unboxed or damaged tiles
  • Transport back to our warehouse must be arranged and covered by yourself. 
  • We recommend securely wrapping the tiles in a pallet and using a reputable pallet company.
  • We'll refund you in full once your order arrives at our warehouse and has been checked through
  • Refunds can take up to 7 working days to reach your account
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will give you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages / Incorrect Deliveries

Products damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer's responsibility to check the Products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within a reasonable period. We cannot accept claims for Products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition or "unchecked". If your order is incorrect you must notify us within 2 working days. We will send out any replacements as soon as possible.

Special Orders Returns

Items that have been specifically ordered for customers' specific needs cannot be returned or refunded. E.g. tiles that have been specially ordered to complete a job cannot be returned or refunded.
