Delivery & ReturnsGeneral InformationWe ship products in two different ways depending on the product type and weight. We ship tiles on pallets and if your order contains tiles it will go on a pallet. If your order contains only adhesives, grouts, tools and accessories, depending on the order volume, it will be shipped as a pallet or as a parcel.Sample DeliveryAll stock samples will be posted within 1 working day via Royal Mail 1st Class and should arrive within 2 days. Dispatch times for non-stock samples can vary tremendously depending on the suppliers' location. If you have placed an order for non-stock items we will contact you with more information to ensure the estimated time frame is acceptable. Pallet Delivery Information

Parcel Delivery InformationIf you have in your order only adhesives, grouts, tools and accessories, the following shipping rules will apply based on the weight of the order (automatically calculated at checkout).
Standard UK Parcel Delivery takes 3-10 Working Days
Leftovers, Returns or Change of ChoiceWe have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We are quite happy to take your order back and we'll refund you in full, however, please note the following :

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will give you instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages / Incorrect DeliveriesProducts damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer's responsibility to check the Products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within a reasonable period. We cannot accept claims for Products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition or "unchecked". If your order is incorrect you must notify us within 2 working days. We will send out any replacements as soon as possible. Special Orders ReturnsItems that have been specifically ordered for customers' specific needs cannot be returned or refunded. E.g. tiles that have been specially ordered to complete a job cannot be returned or refunded. |
